You already know this, but to be certain – you must be 21 years or older to order wine and someone 21 or older must sign for delivery, as well.
Since a signature is required, business addresses are preferable for delivery most of the time.
We’ll gladly ship wine anywhere the law allows and at any time, but strongly encourage common sense when considering shipping wine to warmer regions and in warmer seasons. Or, colder during the dead of winter.
Normal shipping is a one to five-day process, depending distance. However, if expedited delivery is needed, contact us and we’ll figure out a way to make it happen.
If you need to return wine for any reason, please contact us in advance so we can make the most efficient arrangements. Ideally, using the same packaging it arrived in.
All orders are fulfilled by licensed California entities. Once an order is placed, all title, ownership and tax payment is the responsibility of the buyer.
